Who we are
Blastpol UK Ltd ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. We are registered in the United Kingdom under company number [[COMPANY_NO]], with our registered office at [[ADDRESS]].
This notice covers personal data you send us through the enquiry / request-a-quote form on this website. For any question about this notice or your data, contact us at dltduzy@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect: your full name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in, the location or site of the work (optional) and your message.
We also store the date and time of your enquiry and a one-way hashed version of your IP address, which we use only to prevent spam and abuse. We cannot recover your IP address from this hash.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and correspond with you about the work you have asked about.
Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We do not use enquiry data for marketing, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We use two service providers ("processors") who handle your data only on our instructions:
Vercel Inc. hosts this website.
Railway Corp. hosts the system that receives your enquiry and the database where it is stored.
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete it, unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case it is kept for as long as needed for that contract and our legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
To make a request, email dltduzy@gmail.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
